RETURN & EXCHANGE
MintyDaisy happily accepts returns or exchanges for merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective, as long as the items were purchased online and shipped to a U.S. address. Returns will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 days of your order’s shipping date.
We also provide size exchanges for the same product, as long as we are notified within 14 days of the original shipping date.
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please reach out to Customer Care within 3 days of delivery to initiate a return. Items reported after this window may not qualify for return or replacement. Make sure to include a photo of the defect in your email.
All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with original tags attached. Jewelry must remain in its original packaging. Please include the packing slip and any applicable customs documents with all returned items.
Gift cards are final sale items and are not available for international customers. They cannot be returned, applied to previous purchases, used to pay a credit card balance, or used to purchase other gift cards. Additionally, gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Final Sale & Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Due to differences in lighting, photography, and monitor resolutions, the exact colors of merchandise may vary slightly. Additionally, minor pattern variations may occur. These conditions do not qualify as defects, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping if an item is sent back to our warehouse.

When your return request was sent and is being reviewed. We'll email you once it's been completed.
