Shipping Options & Charges (within the continental States)

 Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands. 

•  Standard Shipping : with estimated delivery within 2-7 business days after shipment. Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands. and P.O. Box addresses typically arrives within 5-15 business days, to APO/FPO addresses typically arrives within 18 business days from the shipping date, excluding holidays.
• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after shipment. Express shipping is unavailable for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

Orders typically take 1-3 business days to be processed and packaged before being shipped from our warehouse. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its journey.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Orders are shipped on weekdays only, excluding weekends and holidays.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders $50+ within the continental United States. The minimum purchase amount must be reached in a single transaction, after any applicable discounts, and before taxes and shipping fees. To receive free standard shipping, eligible customers must select the Standard Shipping option during checkout. This offer excludes the purchase of gift cards unless included with merchandise totaling $50.00 or more, before taxes and after discounts. Valid only within the 48 contiguous U.S. states and not applicable to international shipments, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments. Additional charges apply if an alternate shipping method is selected. This offer is non-transferable, has no cash value, and MintyDaisy reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.

We ship to Canada and other international destinations using DHL. Shipping costs for Canada depend on the total weight of your order, while rates for other countries vary. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Expedited shipping is not available for P.O. Box addresses. Standard shipping to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS or parcel post.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. MintyDaisy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If there is an error with your order’s address, contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to make changes, they cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.

Lost or Damaged Items
MintyDaisy is not liable for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows your order as delivered, but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. We also offer Route Package Protection, covering lost, stolen, or damaged items for added peace of mind.

Restricted Items
Some products, such as fragrances and aerosols, are considered hazardous and may be restricted to ground shipping within the continental U.S. We are unable to ship these items internationally.

Alabama Sales Tax
We collect the simplified sellers' use tax on taxable orders delivered into Alabama, remitting it to the Alabama Department of Revenue.
